I seldom complain...and i am very patient person. But today I almost loose my patient at a bank. This admin girl who was suppose to take care of the customer service counter was actually playing around with her BLACKBERRY and then opening letters..when she was suppose to attend the queued up customers..!!!! And because of this incident has ruined up my Thursday!!!
Seriously i can't stand people who work without any discipline, taking their own sweet time on the cost of wasting other pple's precious time.
Do i need to spell out the Bank name here???!!!
