Thank you God that i am not jobless and I have a good job in a good company. It's really odd..that for these past few days..wherever i go..people will ask me if my company has any openings..it's not that these people are jobless..they have a job..but they are hoping to get a better one at my place..so..i asked them why they want to change their job...all have the same answer...looking for a comfortable working culture..it's true though...if you are not used or you don't feel that you fit into the company culture...you won't be able to enjoy your work...but if you are so used to your company culture..it's not good either coz u are stuck in ur comfort place hence you are not motivated to move up or move on...

Personally for me..being comfortable with my working environment is most impt..salary will come second..coz i have to spend 80% of my week with these people..if i don't feel fit..a day in the office will feel like a week...

But of course I am hoping that one day i can try a different job and a different working environment...
