Happy Birthday Yank....

So finally u reached ur 30 years old!!! ...see it's easy right??
Well among our friends, the big 3 is always a big issue. Coz we feel that it was only a few years back when we were all still in college...trying to get into our dream university..fooling around in campus...doing group roadtrip...it was indeed a good college memory..and we were still in our early 20s...and did not realized that it was this fast to reach our big 3.. was it scary? Well not really. I told the girls over dinner that the our generation n our parents generation are so different. Our new 3 has lesser responsibility than them. We aer still childish compared to them...and we are still trying to enjoy our life as quality comes first...well for our parents...they have no dreams ...their motivation is only to earn as much money as they can for the children..well here I am still thinking about my holidays...(feeling guilty indeed)....and our parents don't celebrate their birthday either during that time...coz they are too busy with their life that they forget when is their bday....

Well..i am not saying our generation are too pampered..the generations are just so different. Of course the new generations will have also diffrerent responsibility...because of the increasing quality of standard...we need not only have to work hard but we need to work smart...to achieve what we have always been given by our parents.

So i believe me and alvin are very aware of the things we need to face ahead of us...and i guess with him reaching his first big 3....he is ready for it..hahahah right yank?? Well the first challenge will be our wedding though...both of us has always wanted the simplest wedding ever..saving all those unecessary cost...we rather have the money to ourselve hahahahha...however, everything turn out the other way. We are kind of overbudget ...not forgetting our holiday plans...we are still considering where we should go and how long we should go...it's not that we can't afford...the question is it worth of spending that much?? we are still young..we still have so much responsibility that deals with $$ .... should we pamper ourselve that much? Considering that our parents should be the one enjoying coz they deserve it rather than us??
