I don't know about this either. But I know I like my hot cocoa to be pure cocoa meaning no milk added. Pure cocoa liquor and a bit of sugar cooked over boiling water and whisk it till they become thick. Yes..a good hot cocoa should be thick and not watery. So where is the best hot cocoa i have ever tasted??? Surprisingly the best hot cocoa is right at my workplace hahaha yup...BT Cocoa powder indeed make a good hot cocoa...suit my taste. But...I am thinking of ways to improvise the taste. Hopefully later when i have my own kitchen, I will whisk the best hot cocoa :)
