Sanjit day

Last Sunday was another big event for me, my family and best friends...it was the Sangjit Day...the day where his family will come to our house with baskets of fruits and other traditional stuff to present it to my parents.
Well, it was really a pity that Alvin himself was not able to be present for the ceremony as the night before he got some virus attack and has to be admitted to the hospital.

The sanjit ceremony was held at my parent's new house...(which is basically done but not furnished yet) and the best part of the sanjit ceremony is of course the food...All I can say the food is extremely delicious. I have to thank my dad for helping me to prepare everything...mom to get the new house cleaned up on time and the hotel crew for setting up a lovely luncheon :) and not forgetting my two best friends who were there so early to get my make up done...
