Wohooo

Finally got all my visas done for the november trip. Being an Indonesian and holding on to an Indonesian passport is indeed a challenge esp when traveling to countries like USA and EU. The applying for visas procedures is very grueling...a lot of documents need to be prepare...they would even want you to get your latest bank record, making sure that there is at least USD10k inside ur acct...well birth cert is still consider standard requirement...but usually they will ask the company you are working for to write a sponsor letter..they will even ask to prepare the company's registration...which is so irrelevant about me applying visa for holiday...well anyway...we did engage in travel agent to prepare us but at the end of the day, you have to make the appointment with the embassy and going there early in the morning and queue up for hours just to hand in our documents...and worse part..the attitude of the visa officers sucks!!!!

So today I went to the Italy embassy and queue up..and I thought I was one of the earliest however I was considered late...there are so many people who has been there a few hours before us! The main reason why the embassy was packed was because many people has been planning for their holiday during Lebaran. But I think I considered more "kiasu" because I am travelling in early nov but here I am already applying for my visa x______x ....thanks to Alvin...he hates last minute..

Well the main thing I want to point out here is...when I was queueing up...I noticed most of them are Chinese Indonesian couples..wearing high expensive heels ..carrying their branded bags..and they all have the same complains "WHY DO WE HAVE TO QUEUE UP...!!"
That's how all the Chinese Indonesian usually react when they are told to queue up..more than half an hour?? It's really making them crazy...well when they got their visa they will feel it's all worth going through this stupid procedures!..

In their heart.. "Hermes, Chanel here I Come!!" (No offense..I am planning to shop there too :P)
