Venice

My first impression of Venice was...Romantic...when we step out of the train station, the first thing we saw was a small city filled with water and boats. Now this is what I call Europe. It didn't make me feel like I am suffocated with the traffics (you don't see many cars), the people are friendly (well alvin said that is because Venice is meant for tourists).
But the problem with Venice is indeed the transport, the water taxi is not cheap so not the public boat (they call it the water bus).
Walking along the small road inside the city is took most of our time there. There is actually not much of things to do beside walking and enjoying the old city and food :) Seafood in Venice is worth to try. Did i mention I finished a big pot of boiled mussel (30 of them)...

Venice taxi service said...

Yes it is indeed a romantic place. Travelling by car provides a very convenient way to travel around the mainland and outside of the city centre. You can contact taxi service agencies in Venice, there are lots of them.
